Standard Operating Procedures
In a lot of cases our Standard Operating Procedures have been made Site Specific
They are in place to protect our people
Also, they comply with current OH&S Legislation
We also have a moral & legal obligation to protect the people around us
If we can find a way to perform a task better, safer, more efficiently we will adapt our procedures accordingly
Also, we have systems in place to deal with correct rubbish and recycling procedures

Occupational Health & Safety is paramount to us, as well as being legally compliant, our own peace of mind in knowing that our people have minimized all risks
on our worksites
While maintaining a high gloss on floors we can undergo anti slip tests & treat floors to stand up to an outside auditor’s testing procedure if required

We move into a new site with
• MSDS – Material Safety Data Sheets
• SOP’s - Standard Operating Procedures
• Site Specific if (Required) JSA’s – Job Safety Analysis’
The Chemicals we use are at the cutting edge of the Cleaning Industry.
Dosed at predetermined rates to provide the best value for money, also the safest rate of use & being environmentally friendly.
Most of these chemicals utilize cold water, thereby saving the client money.
The chemicals that we use are color-coded and also have pictograms on their labels to show correct usage and minimize injury.
We are constantly assessing the use of our chemicals to ensure that we are using the best chemical for that application / job.
Training
No need to spend your time training in house staff in all the intricacies of the cleaning industry.
All DCM’S staff are fully trained in all facets of cleaning
Our Cleaners either already have or are studying Certificate 2 & 3 Asset maintenance
We have crews of Cleaners that have "Red Cards" (Building OH &S Induction) who are fully trained in performing After Builder's Cleans on sites as small as shop refurbishments or as large as Multi Storey Building Sites.

We have people also who are licensed with "Yellow Cards" to work at heights up to 11 metres to perform cleaning.
Electrical Safety
All of our machines are compliant in electrical test & tagging.
Machines
One example is the Bac Pac Vacuum Cleaners that we use.
These machines are ergonomic, light weight, & very efficient.
Our staff are trained how to perform pre-checks to ensure the machines safety.
How to safely put on, wear, operate & take off the machine to minimize injury.
Cross Contamination Controls
We utilize a color code system to minimizes cross-contamination
This system takes in Mops, Buckets, and Cleaning Cloths
A colour coded cleaning system is highly recommended by health authorities. As a guide the following is legislated into NSW law;
• BLUE = General Cleaning,
• RED = Toilets and Bathrooms,
• GREEN = Kitchens,
WHITE = Theatre,
YELLOW = Infectious
Quality Assurance Reports
We conduct Quality Assurance Reports monthly
1. The results are given to the client
2. Shown to the cleaner
3. Any tasks needed are improved
4. A copy of the QAR is filed on our records

Communications
My mobile phone 0423 298 127 is on all hours for any queries or questions you may have.
We use a communications book on each work site which enables the Client & Cleaner to have Daily contact
The idea of the communications book is to transmit messages such as :
A toilet seat may need replacing
Consumables, liquid soap, toilet paper may need reordering
To catch someone doing right and giving them recognition
General Information
If needed we can supply Sharps disposal containers.
We can also organise a qualified provider to assess fire safety on the office and advise appropriate safety measures where applicable and servicing
of extinguishers and fire detection systems.
Setting up and replacing chairs and tables, also any Audio Visual requirements for special meetings can be arranged
